I have been playing the piano for 25 years, and teach students of all ages. I recently moved from the UK where I had a studio of over 30 students a week and trained with Europe's premier piano teacher's course. My emphasis is on enjoyment and fostering a love of music. I teach piano lessons in Cibolo, which is close to Schertz, Garden Ridge and Universal City in the Greater San Antonio area of Texas.

Before I studied with Rhoda, as a mature student in Wales, UK, I was absolutely petrified of playing in front of others, even though from time to time in the past I had been taught by several different piano teachers. Her teaching was so encouraging and helpful, that I began to feel more confident. When, after the first 18 months, she organised an evening concert, I had to play two pieces before a small audience and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it! Unfortunately, she moved to the USA, but she is the best piano teacher I have ever come across.

Rhoda is extremely friendly and has made my 8 yr old daughter’s first experience of learning piano very enjoyable. Unfortunately we joined just as Rhoda was finishing to move away so only had a short time with her but she hooked us up with another piano teacher which was brilliant. I would highly recommend Rhoda. x
